You have 14 days after receipt to request a return, subject to the conditions set out in our refund policy. The item must be unused, unwashed, complete and returned in its original packaging. For every valid return request made on or after 27 August 2026, Maison Milaya Paris covers the direct return costs for all products, including bulky items, from every country we deliver to, using the return method arranged by Maison Milaya Paris. Please contact us before sending any item so that we can arrange the appropriate return method and provide you with instructions.
